  • How can I track my order?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information.

  • What is the return policy?

Except for custom items, all orders can be returned/exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping is not included. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after delivery and receipt.

  • What is the exchange policy?

Except for custom items, all orders can be returned/exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase for a full refund. During the holidays, we offer an extended 30-day exchange window.

  • How can I modify or cancel my order?

You may modify or cancel any Magicalones order as long as the order status is “in process.” Once the order status has changed to “shipped,” we can not change or cancel your order as it is now in the hands of our carriers.

  • Do I have to pay import taxes/ duties on an international order?

We try our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import or customs tax/duty charges but sometimes it is out of our control. If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for the payment of them as it is out of our hands at that point. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information on taxes and duties.

  • What is the cost of shipping?

Take advantage of complimentary shipping for orders totaling $49.99 and above. Shipping costs are determined at checkout and may vary based on your item's weight and shipping destination.

  • When will you ship my order?

Typically, orders are shipped within 3 business days. 

  • I didn't receive an order number. How do I know my order is complete?

Our system sends a confirmation email after you make your purchase and it will include your order number. If you didn’t receive it, please check your Spam Folder. If you are concerned that your order didn’t go through, and you haven’t received a confirmation email, please email us at magicalones01@outlook.com

  • How long will it take to get my order?

Customers usually receive their orders within 1-3 weeks, though this timeframe may vary for international customers based on their location. 

  • The item I received doesn't look like the picture on the website?

Genuine stones naturally vary in color and size. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product pictured. We take great pride in ensuring that the product images in our online catalog represent the look and quality of the items our customers receive. Should this not be the case, please send a photo of the item you received to magicalones01@outlook.com so we can confirm that the correct product was shipped.

  • What should I do if the item I received is broken?

Our products are handcrafted with care with strong attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, breakage can occur, although it is rare. If your item is broken, please contact us and send a photo of your item and receipt to magicalones01@outlook.com  Replacements are offered if the item is defective and within 14 days of being purchased. Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.

  • Will my item look the same as it does on the website?

Genuine stones naturally vary in color and size. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product pictured. We aim to make our photos and descriptions as accurate as possible. Due to the natural variability of gemstones and individual device displays, there may be a slight color variation.
